Our Mothais sur feuille is a raw milk goat cheese that takes its name from Mothe-Saint-Héray.
The chestnut leaf which surrounds it participates in the development of its aromas. It absorbs moisture from the cheese and gives it a softer, creamier paste and a thinner rind.
The product is offered in a 150g plain version.
