The most exceptional Comté, matured for 36 to 42 months, of which we only product five wheels out of every 1,000.
It is full of crystals and crunchy, with a strong and sharp after taste. Only a small chunk will give you a burst of long lasting flavour.
You can easily pair it with some truffle honey.
Comté is a cheese of concentrated flavour, with brown-butter and roasted-nut aromas and a sweet finish. Jura wines from Comté’s home region are a classic pairing for this unique cheese.
Our Comté has won more medals than any other any Comté at the Prestigious "Concours General Agricole" in Paris, but also a Super Gold medal at the world cheese awards!
