Val de Lou is an exceptionally soft and creamy cheese, made exclusively by one of our producers.

Traditionally moulé à la louche (ladled into its mould), it is matured with Marc du Jura, a local grape-based eau-de-vie.

Smooth and easy to spread without being runny, Val de Lou offers a fresh, milky flavour reminiscent of young goat’s cheese, complemented by a distinctive oaky note.

Light, fresh, and wonderfully aromatic, it’s a unique addition to any cheeseboard.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk.
