This traditional‑method sparkler is celebrated for its fine, persistent bubbles and bright freshness.
On the nose it shows fresh floral and fruit aromas (apple, peach, apricot), with a lively, fruit‑driven palate balanced by crisp acidity and elegant structure, perfect for celebrations or aperitif.
Grape Varieties: Typically a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois (Alsace regional varieties).
