Product images are provided for illustration purposes. The appearance, packaging and presentation of products may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
Some products, particularly cheeses cut from larger wheels, may naturally vary in appearance, shape and size.
Where a product is sold by weight, the product listing will state a minimum weight. The price shown is the price for that minimum weight. The actual product supplied may weigh slightly more than the stated minimum, at no additional charge.
We provide information about products, including ingredients and allergens, where required. Customers with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully check the relevant product information and contact us before ordering if they require clarification.

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We will check the availability of the products in your order and, where appropriate, confirm your order.
An order may be declined or cancelled where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we are unable to fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
Individual offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions or other restrictions. Where applicable, these conditions will be displayed with the relevant offer or voucher.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Where required, orders are packed using suitable insulated packaging and ice packs or other cooling materials.
