Manual harvest. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with control of the temperature. Ageing between 12 and 15 months in aok barrels (15% renewal).Intense ruby colour. Fresh fruity nose, with a nice oak barrels toasting. In the mouth rich, well-balanced with present and vivid tannins. A powerful wine which can be laid out or decanted.
