A semi cooked (mi-cuit) duck foie gras Terrine, freshly made to order. Poached at low temperature and containing only A grade French duck foie gras, brandy, salt and pepper , this silky smooth treat is for the discerned connoisseur. This is a terrine with a fuller flavour than the pasteurized alternative. We recommend you try with toasted bread or Brioche and may be pairing it with a glass of Sauternes to enhance the experience.
