La Raclette is a mountain cheese (Duo: Traditional, Smoked).
Made with whole, unpasteurised milk. You will over the slices and scraped over potatoes and charcuterie. It is a wonderful cheese which liberates all of the raw milk flavours from mountain pastures. The addition of pepper corns give this well aged cheese a bit of spice.
