The Diots de Savoie is a traditional Savoyard sausage from Savoyard cuisine. Available in various ways: plain, pure pork, smoked, cabbage, Beaufort, it is generally cooked with onions and wine from the Savoie vineyard, and served with tartifles (potato, in Savoyard).
