The Chardonnay is a very elegant wine. Great with raclette, fondue, quiches, and mushrooms in cream, the tanginess and density of Savagnin spices up the easy fruit of the Chardonnay. Fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels. regular topping up. Maturing in wood 6 to 12 months.
The Chardonnay's grape variety gives a light , fruity and round wine. It accompanies appetizers, fish and meats.
Serve slightly chilled between 10 and 12 degrees.
